This demonstration and all of its designs, layouts, workflows, features, data models and underlying software are the confidential, proprietary property of Top Seed Inc. (d/b/a Highsman) and are provided to you solely to evaluate a potential business relationship. By entering, you agree, for yourself and your organization, that you will NOT: (1) copy, screenshot, record, or redistribute any part of it, except as needed for your own internal evaluation; (2) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code, structure, or logic; (3) use it, or any design, workflow, feature, know-how, or idea observed in it, to build, commission, or assist in building any competing or similar product or service; (4) share your access or credentials with any third party; or (5) scrape, crawl, or extract it or its data by automated means. All intellectual-property rights remain exclusively with Top Seed Inc.; no license or ownership is transferred. Access is provided “as is,” is confidential, is time-limited, is logged, and may be revoked at any time. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
